RETURN POLICY
(please don't take these polices the wrong way, my intention is NOT to sound mean here but i need to be clear so were all on the same page! thanks for understanding)
-there must be a valid reason for your return
-i will only accept your return if your piece is in the SAME condition (not broken, no chips, no cracks)
-it must within 3 days of you receiving your piece
-you must ship the piece back to me the same carrier and mailing class i shipped it to you
-you will be refunded the item amount (not the shipping paid) AFTER i receive the piece and its in the same condition
EXCHANGES
-no exchanges
-because everything is handmade and one of a kind, exchanging your piece is not possible
BROKEN FROM SHIPMENT
(im a ceramicist, i know how pottery breaks...just saying)
-i take packaging SERIOUSLY. everything i send is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped to make sure its in TOP quality for you
(& if you've ever ordered from me before, you have seen for your self how i package each piece lol!!)
however, if something does happen to break during shipment, your package is insured by the shipping carrier, so please directly email me or DM me on instagram so we can file a claim together, and work everything else out.
i think i'm pretty understanding and i would feel disappointed if i received a broken piece bc of shipment carelessness which is out of my control
